What are EVEryday Points?
The EVEryday Points program was created to thank you for being our client. EVEryday Points are awarded each time you visit and can be used towards Eve services and products. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all of our clients.
How much are points worth?
1,000 points = $1.00
How do I get started?
You don’t have to do a thing! All Eve clients are automatically included in the program, and are already earning points.
It’s easy! You accumulate EVEryday Points through everyday interactions with Eve Salon. Below is a list of ways you can accumulate EVEryday Points, and their assigned value…
8,000 Points for referring a new client to Eve.
8,000 Points for scheduling your next visit during your first visit.
500 Points for scheduling your next visit during your current visit.
5000 Points for retail purchases valued over $200.
10 points for each dollar spent on products in our retail boutique.
10 points for each dollar spent on Eve services.
10 points for each dollar spent on Gift Cards.
Do EVEryday Points expire?
Yes. EVEryday Points are accumulated on the calendar year and expire at the end of June the following year. For example, points earned during the year 2011 will expire on June 30th, 2012. It is the client’s responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration.
How and when can I redeem my EVEryday Points?
Much like an airline frequent flier program, point redemptions are subject to a few rules and restrictions.
Pay as you earn. Points are redeemable whenever you want to redeem them. Accumulated them to a purchase a service or retail product in whole or use them to discount a service or product as a treat to yourself.
If a pre-scheduled appointment is cancelled, no points will be accrued.
Points will not be awarded for any services or products associated with a promotion.
Points will not be awarded for any transactions paid for with a gift card or for any transactions which are paid for with points.
Points are non-transferable but can be used to purchase a gift card with a value of $100 or more.
Members of discount programs, promotional programs, and employees, their friends and families, of Eve Salon and Haven Spa are not eligible for points.
Are EVEryday Points redeemable for cash?
No. Points are not redeemable for cash - points have no cash value.
Can I use my EVEryday Points at Haven Spa?
No. Our computer systems are independent of each other and we are unable to transfer points from one store to another. If you are a client of both stores (thanks!) you will be enrolled in both programs.
