• You will have to sign a release form before every training service received.
• You will have to provide feedback on the training service received.
• You must arrive on time for any training appointments and provide at least 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a Beauty Collective appointment.
• Failure to provide adequate notice or to no-show for a Beauty Collective appointment will result in elimination from the training program and ineligibility to participate in any future trainings at Eve or Haven.
• All services will be performed by licensed technicians in a training environment which may result in multiple viewers and/or technicians in the room during the service.
• You will not be penalized if you do not meet the criteria or are unavailable for a Beauty Collective appointment. i.e. if your hair is not long enough for a wax you will not be penalized.
• You must arrive for any Beauty Collective appointment clean.
• You will be contacted on an as needed basis for all Beauty Collective appointments.

• Medications such as Retin-A, Differin or Accutane that are being taken topically or orally are contraindicated for waxing services. If you are taking any medications or using any products containing retinol, you are not eligible for waxing services in The Beauty Collective.
• In order to receive a training waxing service, you must have 4 weeks of hair growth on the area being waxed before the training waxing appointment.
• Waxing during the menstrual cycle is possible but is often more painful and reactive than at times not during the menstrual cycle.
• No facials can be performed on the same day as a facial waxing.
• You will be contacted 4 weeks prior to a training appointment whenever possible to allow time for you to prepare. Occasionally you will also be contacted on shorter notice and will be booked if you meet the criteria at that time.

• You must arrive to any spray tanning appointment without any makeup, lotions or perfumes on the skin.
• You should wear loose and dark clothing to any spray tanning appointment.
• You should exfoliate the skin well the night before any spray tanning appointment.
• You should not shower for 4-8 hours after the spray tanning appointment to allow the color to develop.

• No massage or body treatment appointment will be performed during pregnancy.
• No body waxing can be performed on the same day as a body treatment.

• No facial waxing can be performed on the same day as a facial service.

• Edema on the hands or feet is contraindicated for nail services and these services cannot be performed.
